Everything ships from Fujian, packed by us. No third-party warehouse, no dropshipping, the same hands that chose it pack it.

Processing

Most orders go out in 1–3 business days. Kiln releases and livestream drops can take up to 3. Each piece is photographed and wrapped on its own, then matched to the order it belongs to.

Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel is scanned.
